Erin Taylor Meditation Teacher

Erin was introduced to Buddhism as a child and began meditation practice in her late teens.

After university study and teacher training, she spent several years being a fulltime mum to her two daughters while continuing to practice meditation, initially in the Tibetan and Zen traditions and later with Theravadan and Insight teachers.

She studied Chi Gong in New Zealand and China and worked for some years as a Chi Gong teacher. This experience taught her the importance of a spiritual practice grounded in the lived experience of the body.

She is deeply committed to awakening heartfulness in daily life, and she has a special interest in supporting and encouraging women’s spiritual practice.

Erin is married with a family of children and step-children.
