Chi gong and somatic exercises are widely used to reconnect mind and body in meditation practice. They enhance awareness of subtle energies, aid relaxation, calm the mind and emotions, and support mindfulness and concentration.
Participants may attend on a casual basis or book for all six sessions.
There are no meditation cushions at the studio, so please bring along something comfortable to sit on.
