Winter is a time for going inward. For silence and reflection. As the rhythm of the seasons changes, so does our energy and perspective. Bringing an intimacy of attention to ourselves in the winter months enables us to recharge, rest and be nourished by the light and warmth of our own being.
This 6 week course will offer an opportunity to rest in silence and simplicity, within the supportive space of fellow meditators. Each session will consist of a guided meditation, followed by sitting together in silence. Each participant will have the option of leaving after the silent sitting, or staying to ask questions afterwards.
The sessions, including the guided meditations, will be an hour long. During the hour participants are welcome to change positions, or use the seats available.
