Citta- the Pali word for heart and mind, is the focus of this 6 week course .
The practice of mindful presence reveals to us the natural quality of citta , like a pool in the forest where nothing needs rejecting or controlling.
We will explore through meditations, instructions and discussion the underlying free and open nature of our heart and mind, and the patterns by which we trouble ourselves.
The course is suitable for those familiar with mindfulness practice.
