We will practise lying-down and sitting meditations which support us to relax deeply and to reconnect with our body and the earth. These embodied practices give us a way to work with our direct experience and remedy our tendency to be a separate self in the head. They enable us to enter into an intimate relationship with our body and mind, where we can discover the ways in which we are holding out against reality, but also our innate wisdom and compassion which is the true antidote to our stress.
Suitable for those new to somatic meditation and those wanting to do intensive practice.
