Meditating In the Body – Introduction to Embodied Meditation

During this course we will practice lying-down and sitting meditations which support us to relax deeply, reconnect with our body and the earth. These embodied practices give us a way to work with our direct experience as it is. They enable us to enter into an intimate relationship with our own life where we can discover our innate wisdom and compassion which is the true antidote to our stress.
