A Daylong retreat with the four teachers of Original Nature

Mindfulness promotes our natural capacity to sustain balance and wellbeing. It assists us to be open and receptive to what is happening now and to see clearly, without judgment or reactivity.

This day retreat is an opportunity to learn how to cultivate and strengthen mindfulness in meditation and daily life.
The day is suitable for beginners and for those wishing to deepen their practice.
