During this course we will address our tendency to objectify and deaden our lived experience through repetitive, habit-driven patterns of mind and body. We will explore tuning into an embodied awareness which is immediate, vital and intrinsically free. There will be an emphasis on practice rather than on theory. The course will include sitting meditation, somatic meditation practices, and Chi Gong exercises (suitable for all levels of health and fitness).
The course is suitable for those who haven’t attended Part 1. It will run on Wednesdays excluding October 3, from September 12 until October 17.
